Types of Information Collected

When you register on the Dijiprint web site, we ask you to create a user name and we assign you a password. We also collect your name, business address, business name, email and telephone numbers


Registered users are granted access to select content and site features that are unavailable to unregistered users. 

Dijiprint Limited does not collect personal data that laws consider as sensitive. That is, we do not collect information about an individual's medical condition, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or sexual life. We also do not knowingly collect information from children other than for marketing research. If we request this information in the future, we will notify you in advance and you may provide this information only if you so elect to do so on an "opt-in" basis only. 


Cookies

Dijiprint Limited's web site users the convenience of online personalisation by using cookies. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your computer's hard drive through your web browser. When this information is stored on your hard drive, our system is able to recognise your browser and in turn customizse web page content and services for you. Cookies are used by www.diji.co.uk so that we can remember our previous interactions with you and make it easier for you to access our web site. Cookies only contain your login information. If you do not want us to give you a cookie, you can turn it off in your browser options. 


Shared Information/Opt-out

Except for vendors and business partners who are operating under contract and who agree to adhere to the Dijiprint Limited Privacy Policy, Dijiprint Limited will not sell, transfer, assign or rent your customer information to any third party without your permission. In the unlikely event that Dijiprint Limited changes this policy, we will provide advance notice and give you the opportunity to "opt-out" so that your information will not be shared. 

In situations where required by law, Dijiprint Limited may share this information in cooperation with law enforcement authorities. 


Security and Enforcement

Dijiprint Limited understands the importance of security for those who visit our web site. We only disclose customer data to those parties who help us deliver services to you, such as the companies that distribute our publications and content providers that have co-branded services on our site. When we disclose customer data to such third parties, we require them to comply with our Privacy Policy. 

In addition, Dijiprint Limited employees who have access to customer data are required to comply with this Privacy Policy. Any employee who violates or abuses the Dijiprint Limited's privacy practices is subject to disciplinary action, including termination of employment and may be subject to legal proceedings.

Your Access to Personal Data 

A registered user of the diji.co.uk web site may view or modify his or her profile online or by emailing steve@diji.co.uk and informing us what you want to change it to. Once an account has become inactive for more than 6 months, you must re-register to become a member of www.diji.co.uk. Please contact our IT manager to deactivate your personal data from Dijiprint Limited's records. 


Changes to this Policy

In the event that Dijiprint Limited changes its Privacy Policy, notice will be posted on the home page for one week. If, upon such change, you do not wish for your personal data to be used by us or by others, you may email us and request your personal data be removed from our records.
