Creasing Your paper needs to be creased if it cracks at the fold. This is caused by dry paper, folding against the grain, heavier coated papers and higher grammages. Brittle toners and inks can also crack especially on heavy coverage.  We tend to crease all sheets on 150gsm and above which has heavy coverage over the fold.
